I shouldn’t be uploading any of this, but someone has to. The information you’re about to see comes from a partial dump of NCND’s internal server, specifically from a node they believed had been shut down ever since Project GENESA was suspended. I accessed it through a breach in one of their backup systems: a forgotten server that still contained fragments of the original archive—broken documents and parts of visual material that were never meant to be seen.

None of this is official. None of it is complete. Every recovered file carries a risk, because the system detects external access and begins deleting fragments as soon as you try to copy them. What you’re seeing here are remnants: some documents and images from the little I managed to save before they started wiping the logs.

Certain images may be extremely graphic and violent. I cannot guarantee their stability, nor the psychological effect they may have on anyone who views them. I’m uploading everything exactly as it was recovered, and I take no responsibility for how this material may affect you.

Even so, I’d rather this information exist here, even temporarily, than disappear forever. If you’re reading this, it means they haven’t shut down this mirror yet. I don’t know how long it will last.
